Jonam Composites Ltd can provide the full service from designing and developing an economical route to manufacture for your profile or prepreg tape and then produce prototypes, mechanically test, and modify the processing route/ profile design accordingly. When the product and manufacturing process are finalised the client can manufacture under licence , use one of our manufacturing licensees/partners or Jonam Composites will undertake niche manufacturing.
- Jonam Composites Ltd has the resources and capabilities to offer full process modelling, part design and optimisation, and tooling design in house.
- Jonam Composites Ltd has 3 melt-pultrusion lines one with high temperature facilities for high performance plastics such as PEEK and PEI
- Jonam Composites Ltd has a 4th pultrusion line for processing commingled fibres
- Jonam Composites Ltd has a mechanical test facility to characterise new materials in-house
- Jonam Composites Ltd has a small laminating and moulding facility ideal for testing and prototypes
